I can't say enough good things about Berks Kids Dentistry. My kids have seen both doctors over the years and their both wonderful. The office staff is great too. Everyone is very warm and professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic children's dentist! My children have been coming here since they were 3 years old, and the care has been consistent and amazing. They know exactly how to accommodate nervous little ones and make them feel comfortable and safe. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and great at making the whole process easy for parents. We actually travel 40 minutes just to come here and will continue to do so because they are worth it!

Berks Kids Dentistry continues to be amazing with my daughter. She was scared of the dentist because of past negative experiences, but when I found Berks Kids Dentistry, her fears went away, she has no anxiety on the way and leaves smiling. They are super kind and understanding of children of all backgrounds and abilities. I could not recommend them enough across the board !

Today was my 2 year old son’s first dental visit, all staff from the hygienists, assistants and Dr. Kristin were welcoming and very kind. They were very comforting to my son and made his first visit as best as it possibly could be! It can even be overwhelming for parents and they even comforted me, reassured me that everything was normal and professionally gave advice on what to do to help my sons overall dental health! I highly recommend this practice and am grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

I am really not one to take the time to negatively review, but I feel this is one I must do. My kids have gone here about 3 years and I am switching after the last visit I had here. I am fully okay with dentist doing their job making their recommendations and creating a care plan for each patient. I also am allowed to do my own research and have my own preferences and voice in my children’s care. This is not the problem the one hygienist who works here decided it would be entertaining and professional to mock me in the back saying “I don’t agree with it” repeatedly louder and louder when I stated I didn’t want fluoride treatment and that was my response as to why. She was very snarky and my daughter even text me from that back that they were talking about me and laughing which is completely inappropriate to do in front of my 11 year old. Again the hygienist alone is the reason I am leaving. No apology just pure disrespect. I am a registered nurse and I would never make a patient or their family uncomfortable the way she did. Extremely wrong in my eyes to act this way towards a paying customer. So beware if you want to have a say in your child’s care and feel a certain way about thi
